Danas se održala početna konferencija projekta „Perma – Horti – Zadarska inicijativa za permakulturni dizajn i urbanu hortikulturu“ financiranog iz Europskog socijalnog fonda, iz Operativnog programa „Učinkoviti ljudski potencijali 2014. – 2020. “ u Poljoprivrednoj, prehrambenoj i veterinarskoj školi Stanka Ožanića u Zadru.
Projekt je prijavila Poljoprivredna, prehrambena i veterinarska škola Stanka Ožanića, Zadar. Na konferenciji je sudjelovala ravnateljica Poljoprivredne, prehrambene i veterinarske škole Stanka Ožanića Jelena Gulan, koja ne naglasila važnost ovakvih projekta kao i cjeloživotnog obrazovanja dok je voditelj projekta, Senad Salihović iz Agencija za ruralni razvoj Zadarske županije – AGRRA detaljno prezentirao ovaj vrijedan projekt.Posebno je naglasio kako je inicijativa projekta usmjerena na jačanje lokalnog partnerstva za zapošljavanje u Zadarskoj županiji s dva cilja: Doprinijeti povećanju zapošljivosti najranjivijih skupina na tržištu rada razvojem i provedbom inovativnog interdisciplinarnog programa osposobljavanja za poslove permakulturnog dizajna i urbane hortikulture i omogućiti učinkovitu provedbu županijske strategije razvoja ljudskih potencijala prilagodbom postojećih i uvođenjem novih obrazovnih metoda i sadržaja u partnerskim školama. Konferenciji su nazočili i predstavnici partnerskih institucija: Siniša Kabić Peters iz Udruge apstinenata za pomoć pri resocijalizaciji „Porat“, Branka Maričić, profesorica Sveučilišta u Zadru, Irena Dukić, ravnateljica Osnovne škole Voštarnica – Zadar, Dora Maštrović-Pavičić, dipl.ing. hortikulture u Nasadima d.o.o., sektor za održavanje i podizanje zelenih površina. Na konferenciji je prisustvovao i Lovro Jurišić, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, turizam, infrastrukturu i EU fondove Zadarske županije, ujedno i kao izaslanik župana Zadarske županije.

Naziv Ugovora: PERMA – HORTI – Zadarska inicijativa za permakulturni dizajn i urbanu hortikulturu, br. UP.01.3.1.01.0108
Na projektu sudjeluje pet projektnih partnera. Nositelj projekta je Poljoprivredna, prehrambena i veterinarska škola Stanka Ožanića,dok su ostali partneri: Agencija za ruralni razvoj Zadarske županije – AGRRA, Sveučilište u Zadru, Osnovna škola Voštarnica – Zadar, „Nasadi“ d.o.o.
Projekt je započeo 14. svibnja 2018. godine a traje do 13. svibnja 2020.
Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 854.143,73 kuna (nepovratna EU sredstva 100%).
Ciljane skupine su: 45 nezaposlenih žena (osobe s invaliditetom, mladi, bivše ovisnice) pripadnice ranjivih skupina kao što je definirano Strategijom razvoja ljudskih potencijala te ukupno 90 učenika/ca iz Osnovne škole Voštarnica – Zadar i Poljoprivredne, prehrambene i veterinarske škole Stanka Ožanića.
